Reinstalling Windows and using same License?
« on: March 20, 2011, 03:39:56 AM »
I have had to reinstall Windows a couple times on two different computers. I purchased two different licenses that both allow me to use three times, total six times. After having had to reinstall Windows I have now used up the allowed times I can use the paid for licenses. But I am not trying to put those licenses on different computers, I am putting them on the same computers after Windows is reinstalled. It won't allow me to do this. How can I make it work so I don't have to purchase more licenses? I should be able to reuse a license I paid for on the SAME computer. I wouldn't have reinstalled Windows if I wasn't forced to but one became infected with a fake antivirus that one of the kids allowed to run and the other kept spontaneously rebooting, which seems like a virus too. Thanks.

You can reuse a legit key into another computer for the license period.
