2- There is no need to install SuperAntiSpyware. There is a portable version with a few leftovers only after running it. You can clean out them easily if not needed anymore:

No, you can update the definitions manually.
But yes, there's no real-time protection in the free version.

Well, I use an older build which is lighter than the bloated new ones.
It's good and does everything you can expect from a FW.

Well, i'm going to format my PC to have a fresh system with new softwares
right now i'm using PC Tools Firewall Plus! not gonna use it any more, it slows down my PC

It's available in different versions (free – plus – portable), very light resources wise, and user friendly interface. Very easy to setup.

Wrt W7FC: this thing has a "slight" disadvantage (I personally call it a huge annoyance, main reason I dropped this) - after allowing an application, you need to restart the application, until then it's blocked.
