the bug is caused by Comodo IS.
I removed the problematic part, because we won't wait than they'd fix it.
More people have problems with this version 6.0.1035

Indeed, I think there are quite better firewalls than Windows one...Difficult to configure, no outbound protection (by default), etc.

Online Armour and Outpost Firewall Free are very good options
still scared that the comodo uninstall won't help and I don't want BSOD once again. (Every BSOD increase chance of destroying computer)
