Avast! Internet Security problem

Virus Definition version : 110703-0
Program Version          : 6.0.1125
Windows XP

Every time when I click Full system scan ... After 10 sec
my shield are disabled, then i turn them no and again full system scan and again and again my shields are OFF Whats the PROBLEM?! ???

did you just install avast ?

any previous installed AV that is not fully removed....


When and why a third-party antivirus software should be uninstalled?

I have using avast 1 year, and now i see that i have a serious malware infecton and i can not   delete it!
i found for now
in
C,WINDOWS,system32,drivers,1294346862.sys (Win32:Rootkit-gen)[RTK]
and                        update.sys     (Win32:Sirefer-E)  [RTK]
 
I deleted 5-6 viruses in Alw.. Sof...(Avast)
and detected 1 virus in google chrome i deleted them all

And i forgotet, my avast recomend bootscan and i run it and when it comes to 1 virus i click delete
,then some error and the bootscan is OFF,canceled,exited
i  cant do a full system scan, i cant delete those RTK
Any sugestions?
