I thought you can 'give a gift to a known friend' and not only a 'donation to any other anonym user of avast! Home'... Sorry if my English can't follow my mind  :-\

I think the point, KezzerDrix is making.

I don't have a lot of cash per say to spend and appreciate the use of a free product.  I use it in conjunction with a  freeware script blocker.

So buying a copy for someone else is also out of the question, but a smaller donation to Alwil would at least raise some additional revenue (help pay for future development of avast!) from those using the free version who wish to donate.

Well a Religion is technically just a belief system, and since we all believe Avast! is best anti virus I guess that qualifies as a belief system.  Congratulations guys, we're members of a cult.

While we speak about T-shirts... I've just noticed that my ISP uses F-prot and Clamav to check all incoming and outgoing e-mails...

See here, one header from one of e-mails I just received:

Quote
X-Virus-Scanned: by f-prot anti-virus, and clamav anti-virus at your ISP.

Most interesting thing is, Clamav (Clam Antivirus) already has T-shirts available for it's users. See here:

http://www.sourcewear.com/
Click on CLAM Antivirus icon up there (little shell with target sign)

Btw, has anyone ever tried that antivirus tool ? What are your experiences ? See here:

http://www.clamav.net/

Woohoo ... Avast! T-shirts!    :D

I just ask that the T-shirts not be white ... I tend to mess those up too much!    ;D
