problem with the ivas base

I have problem when i want to download an update.it show me a log that my key have expired or it invalid but it is a new key wfrom new e-mail adress i cant download virus base or program upade please help!!
 ??? ???

Check the time/date on your system

Sometimes this is also caused by a "manual" input of the registration number.

Go to the email from Avast, and do a "cut and paste" of the registration number into the screen in the Avast interface.  Right click on the Avast A ball and choose About Avast.  Then, click on License Key.  Do the Cut and Paste here and see what happens.
