I have a stupid question but I ran IE9 in sandbox isn't there suppossed to be a red banner going around ie9 when I do that?

I did notice though when I am putting in passwords on sites the box has a red outline so I guess its ok.

Yes, it should if you set it so (into avast sandbox settings).

You can't with the free version.

Only in Pro and IS...
