You should have an entry for ashmaisv.exe in the following Registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

You can try addind it manually or, a little bit easier, try to add a link to it into your StartUp folder. Can you try this?  ::)

Yes, I've tried that solution: I've add a link to ashmaisv.exe in startup folder, but don't work...
I'm afraid of give up on working  :-\

Sorry to ask you again, but ashmaisv.exe is allowed to connect the Internet into ZoneAlarm?]
Did you try disabling ZA and try to send and receive mail?
