Links don't work...

A few days ago, I uninstalled Firefox 4.0 with avast webrep on it. Now all the email hyperlinks and RSS feeds I get, they just say "general failure, the link address, and application not found." I'm getting really tired of having to copy the link into my browser address bar, and I'm starting to wonder if it's something to do with Avast!.

Check if the browser you are using is set as standard browser.

Looks like you have no browser set as standard.

No problem here with FF4 and avast WebRep and mailto links.

Guys I just found out it WASN'T avast! that did it. It was a different application on my computer that wasn't doing the weird thing. So this topic is resolved now.
