BSOD: AswTdi.sys caused IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL stop error

I've had a few XP crashes over the last 2 months, but this is the first BSDO where I've managed to see the error.

System is:

Using Windows XP 32bit SP3, Avast Program 5.1.889, Definitions 110417-0, Personal "free" edition.

Shuttle XS35GT with only official shuttle drivers.

If you want the minidump .dmp files, let me know.
