Well thanks for your reply... I managed to fix it myself.... Thanks for your quick reply... there was a driver Sandbox which i thought was of avast so I left it.....
And sorry moderators for posting it in Free/Pro/IS section... I was scared. I hope you can understand...

Sorry I can't leave Outpost I have a lifetime license for it

Now its working fine for me...  Wuuuhuuu
