Avast Pro Web shield blocking all websites

After a clean install of Windows 7 and Avast Pro all website are blocked (Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage, DNS error?) by Avast.
When i disable the web shield websites work perfectly...

Streams (radio) still keep working when Avast web shiels is enabled or disabled!

Another thing is that my Cisco Anywhere connect VPN Client stopped working, even when i stop all services of Avast, but when deinstall Avast, Cisco is working again!

I always used Avast (with Cisco) on a Windows XP OS without any problems!

Attached ipconfig, someone has a solution?

UPDATE
After a system restore to a point where i installed the standard (free) Avast software, everything works ok, but after activating Avast with the Avast pro key file the problems start (Avast gets a new version) after restart!
