VBS: Malware [Script]?!?

okay guys.. so i dont see anything wrong with my PC and been using it all day until right about now.. resident protection said u have a virus in the TEMPORARY FILES folder named : VBS: Malware [Script]!!!

And now  i have a choice of deleting it.. renaming.. repair WHICH doesnt work and putting it in the Virus chest?? what do i do?

Is this serious? or what? cuz computer seems to be in good shape? can i DELETE it.. or will it fuck me over

It doesn't look like anything serious.
You can do 2 things: either send the file to the support to check if it's a real malware or a false alarm, or just delete it - since it's in the Temporary Files folder, it should be safe.
