Simply put WebRep is either enabled or disabled.
To completely uninstall WebRep 1) control panel...click "add/remove" 2) double click "avast" 3) scroll down to "change" 4) go from there. Or...re-run set-up choose "custom install"...select from choices...re-boot. I personally prefer to re-run set-up. On the custom install, you simply check or uncheck what you desire. The set-up file should be in your download folder.
