Bsod with last stable version

I have a strange bsod today
I have formatted the machine yesterday and no i dont have intalled any new program
Only the previous i already have
Not sure if avast is the cause for it
Could someone kindly check the minidump and see what is the cause for this
I already have upload it

memory corruption... better to check your computer with www.memtest86.com tool (at least for several hours)

Well, the reason i asked to check the dump is i remmember i was scaning the comp in the moment of bsod
DO you think it can be a memory problem?
Anyway i have worked with the comp on the last 24 h no stoped without problems
Do you think anyeay replace my memory will solve it?

Does the machine run without an antvirus on it after you formatted it? with windows 7 you could run in safe mode and un install previous avast. Any conflicts in device drivers in device manager?. Poss overheating check fans inside esp CPU FAN!?. Or in other post RAM Fault.
