i have aproblem with avast! Internet Security 6.0.1019

avast firewall prevents Internet browsing
So that it prevents me from browsing web pages fully
But I be able to download the program
Of course I had to stop the shield so I browse the Internet
Tried the solutions but I did not find the place the amendment by the
I hope I find you have a solution for this problem

Did you just install Avast Internet Security (AIS) when the problem started?

Do you still Have the problem if you try using a different browser?

What shield did you stop?

What "solutions" did you try?

Other AV programs / Fws installed prior to Avast? Which?
Reboot after installation done?

You may also want to hide your email address so spammers do not get it.  Here is how to do it:

Go to the top of the forum page and click on Profile, then click on Modify Profile, then Account Related Setting, check the box next to "Hide email address from public."  After this, only you and the Moderators will be able to see your email address.

Download AIS installer by clicking on AIS in my signature, install it (do not uninstall the program that is installed now prior to this), reboot, check again.

@the OP: avast web shield is not a firewall, I thought from the beginning you made the confusion.

Me too, but I transferred that automatically...  ;D But he says he has AIS installed - wonder if that's true or if it is the free version?
