olá!! por favor alguém ppode me ajudar a contactar os desenvolvedores do avast? Tenho deficiência visual total e uso um leitor de telas para acessar o avast internet security, o qual adquiri licença para dois pcs. Mas estou com problemas, na instalação eu consegui utilizar o software pois as telas estavam em formato html... ou seja... através de links.... mas quando reiniciei o pc descobri que os menus estão de certa forma inacessíveis! Pergunto se na próxima atualização do programa será possível deixar de forma permanente as funções através de links, não apenas na instalação! Por favoooooor! Well avast should be compatible with major screen readers (such as Jaws). Does the OP think otherwise?

Olá!!  Sim utilizo o jaws, mas não mais  consigo acessar os menus e outros botões do programa com o tab e as setas.... tornando assim o acesso bem mais difícil! Só consegui isso numa primeira vez, logo após a instalação e depois após atualizar o programa!

Vlk, the user said he uses Jaws but he can't access the menus and other buttons of the interface with the Tab key and arrows keys and then he can't use the program with easy.
He managed to get this once after avast installation but lost this after avast was updated.
What should I recommend to him?

You can navigate via the "Tab" button, and Ctrl + Tab switches between the left hand sections when selected, if that makes sense.

So use tab, to move around, then once "Summary" is focused, press Ctrl + Tab and it will switch from Summary to Statistics. Each press moves down one.

This may help navigating a bit

Maybe a support article is needed to help users navigate without use of the mouse/with screen readers etc.

What do you hear when you navigate using the tab?
I recommend to reboot the system, open Jaws and then avast window. does Jaws read something?
to navigate between pages use control+tab, to navigate back use control+shift+tab.
