Hi could you re-submit the OTS scan please but ensure it is saved as ANSI (see screenshot)

Start OTS. Copy/Paste the information in the quotebox below into the panel where it says "Paste fix here" and then click the Run Fix button.

I didn't tampering the host files. I'm not an expert, but it doesn't mean that I don't know what I can do or not on my pc.
Instead of doing this tkind of comments ... should be  better if you give a helping hand. Otherwise it's better if you don't say anything... it would be nicer!

No, what he menat is that an outside agency (malware file) tampered with your host file... That is what we will be looking for with the fresh OTS scan
