The W32Adcli virus is included in a past VPS update.

Firstly, update your Avast using the "Program" update which will update both your program for new versions, and your VPS virus database at the same time.

Then run a full scan.  Avast should detect the W32Adcli since it is included in the VPS database.

When found, choose the Delete option.  This SHOULD remove it.

Reboot your computer and run the scan again.

Keep in mind that AVAST will stop when it finds an infected file to prevent further contamination, so you may have to rerun the scan a few times.

Let me know if you have further difficulty.
