[Solved] Install avast and got a BSOD
« on: May 09, 2011, 04:19:33 AM »
I just installed avast free 6.0.1091 into my laptop which was formated and running Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 32 bit (clean install) and before avast could finish installing (setup put finishing installation), it gave me a BSOD and rebooted my laptop.

After reboot, there is no avast in the tray, clicking the shortcut didn't open avast.

Here is the memory dump.

Hope you can fix it. It never happen to me before. Been using avast on 2 computers but it was upgrade from previous version
