WEBREP Missing Reputation Ratings

I did a web search earlier with the 30 day trial, before I uninstalled it for the registered free version, and it showed all the green status bars for the reputable sites. Now, I just get the green bars for the site I am currently on. How do I turn on the reputation ratings and get the green or red bars at the end of the site options in a search?

If no bars are showing at all, green, red, or grey, try a page refresh.
