Well the obvious one would be to stop visiting that site, certainly for the time being.

I assume that you are either visiting it or you have an RSS feed link in bookmarks, etc ?

Even the home page of the wXw.movietrailertalk.com site appears to be loading a compressed/obfuscated script file (see image, click to expand), why this is being done I have no idea, but this has been an indication that a site has been hacked in the past.

Avast isn't alone in finding this compressed/obfuscated script file suspicious, http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=f2353cc9f0f94588f85c33c1f01e7702f5fb2ce09f34a7626b14d183b4f260e2-1307932246
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

I don't know if this would help but right now you could try to add the site to the Avast! site blocking feature.
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
Webbrowser: Mozilla Firefox
PC Specs: Intel i5-12400f, Nvidia RTX 3050, 16gb ram, 1.5TB SSD(s).

This appears to be a Java related Trojan.

Clean your computer and then update Java.  There was a Java security update last week.  Then restart your computer.  If you are using Firefox install the Noscript addon.  If you are using it then update it.  There was an update today.  I don't know if it is available for IE.

Also there was a Flash security update this last week so if you haven't applied it as of yet you should download and apply it.
