Can't use new MacLover OS X skin
« on: October 11, 2004, 10:10:18 AM »
This one is only downloadable as a zipped file.  I extracted it to the skins folder.  It doesn't come up under the skin selections dialog box, but it is listed in the skins folder.

Don't extract it to the skins folder. Just double click it inside ZIP (if a dialog asking what to do with the file is displayed, choose Open).
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving's not for you.

If what Vlk said isn't working (and it isn't on some systems), extract the file from the zip to a folder of your choice and then double click it.

Vlk, you should make a little note right next to that skin, just to avoid confusions like this one for new users. They don't know what's the difference between asws (avast! skins extension) and aswcs (extension for packed self-extracting skin files)...

Just an idea.  ;)

Cheers everyone !
