Yes that one. It appears to be as i deleted it and it has reappeared upon reboot.

Not sure if it is updated after every boot, unless something changes. Like a virus definitions update would probably have the date time of update recorded, but that isn't done by avast but by the WMI or Windows Action/Security Center.
