1-12-2021 Lorain County Computer Users Group, OH - Remote

This evening I had the pleasure of spending some time with the members of the
Lorain County Computer Users Group.
It was a small but extremely interested group. I was asked and answered a question about data harvesting.
I also had a question and some interest in Avast Omni. We also spent some time discussing fingerprint
protection on Windows 10 and on smart phones.

1-13-2021 Sun City Center Computer Club, FL - Remote

This presentation was a bit different than most.
I presented via Zoom to two club members and one of them streamed the presentation
to YouTube Live. This is how they get the presentation to their members.
For me the drawback is that this method doesn't allow for interaction with the audience.
Since there is also a time delay between the Zoom presentation and the broadcast to YouTube,
live questions aren't really possible.
It was still an enjoyable evening and I was told that the information was well received.

I spent this evening with a few of the members of the club.
This club has been affected by the pandemic which is evident in the attendance.
It's a club that like most of us hopes COVID-19 will soon be behind us.
I do know that those that attended enjoyed and learned from the information
in my new presentation.

My first presentation for today was with the members of the
Leisure World Computer and Technology Club via Zoom.
I had a great audience, and the presentation was followed by an excellent Q&A session.
We talked about the free version of Avast, password managers, Avast Omni and SecureLine.

Another great show. We maxed out our Zoom attendance limit of 100 but, it was available
to anyone else on the Live YouTube Channel. Our special guest today was Michael Daniels. 
who talked about live streaming and StreamYard. We also covered security and secure password
management and creation.

1/18/2021 Bellaggio Computer and Technology Club, Fl - Remote

I spent this afternoon with the club members but was a bit disappointed because I
usually saw them for their Sunday brunch. Today was all business, no brunch, no goodies.
Everyone still had a wonderful time and since we spent about 1/2 hr. just doing Q&A, they must
all have been interested. The most discussion during that Q&A was about backups.
There was also quite an interest in Avast Omni.

1/21/2021 PCBUG - The Naples Technology User Group - Remote

I spent some time this afternoon with the members of PCBUG.
The presentation was well received. It was followed by a log Q&A session that
covered many topics.
Password Managers, SecurLine, Omni, and routers were just some of the top topics.
The Q&A session took longer than the presentation which was great.

1/22/2021 Deerfield Beach Computer Club, Fl - Remote

I spent this morning with the members if the Deerfield Beech members.
I was told that this was their largest attendance since they started meeting via Zoom.
Everyone seemed to have enjoyed the presentation and it was followed with an extended Q&A session.
We covered Phishing, VPN questions, email questions, Omni, USB Mouse connection problem and other
assorted topics.
