AVAST pro Lincense kez help!!!!

I have purchased an avast pro license, a few months back, and it failed to install/update correctly. It still thinks that I need to update the key/license & currently says I am not protected, and need to buy the upgrade. I have the information on my credit card being charged, what would be the next step to "re-download" and install the correct(up-to date license)

You can get the license file re-sent: http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php
However, from what you describe, it seems more like a problem with avast! installation than with the license itself... did you try to uninstall / reinstall?
