I Have a Problem Installing Skins

Whenever I try to install a new skin, I get an error window that says there is a sharing incompatabilty with the download.  I have never had a message like that before.  Can anyone give some advice as to how I may download skins for this program?  :-[

Are you using a user with Administrator rights? or just a common user...
Maybe you have to be the Administrator to install the skin because it will be available for all users  :)
