Thunderbird must be configurated manually  :'(

Pop3 (Inbound):

Server name: 127.0.0.1
User name: YourUserName#YourPopServerName
Port: 110

Smtp (Outbound):
Server name: 127.0.0.1
User name: YourUserName#YourSmtpServerName
Port: 25

Note, probably you should run Mail Protection Wizard to have ashMaiSv.exe automatically running at Windows startup.

Do you use any spam killer?

Ensure that your email program is closed. Start > All Programs > Avast Anti-virus > Mail Protection Wizard.

You should also read your avast help file and or visit the User's FAQ thread, it will give you a lot of useful advice.

If you make your reply outside of the quoted text it is easier to see. By Spam Killer we are talking about email spam killer software that may require integration with avast. The ones you gave are daware/spyware programs.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

It's not easy to know what do you mean by your last post...
Anyway, you must change manually the setting of the email accounts into Thunderbird: Menu Tools > Account settings  ;)
