Bob, have you performed clean install of the Windows Xp (from the scratch on formated partition), or just reinstalled Windows XP over the existing OS ? There is a big difference... but, I believe you already know that. I know it's a pain in the rear end when you have to reinstall everything from the scratch, but at least, everything would work properly...

Since I hardley ever get any MP3's sent to me, I'll just have to suffer with things the way they are. :'( My install was on top of the current XP.
I'll save the other for a time when I have no choice. ;D
