Wrong detection
« on: May 31, 2011, 01:48:55 PM »
Hi.
AVAST detect Win32WinSpy-FP[Trj] in our developed software.
What do we have to do with our software, for AVAST not to detect virus in our software?
We can email our developed software for research.

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!

Hi Pnoggy,

Well there should be a reason behind the urge to demonstrate the software is pure and clean:
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:_lH-YhrBRNAJ:www.dodownload.com/av-report/watch%2Bn%2Bcatch%2Bsurveillance%2Bsoftware.html+videosurveillance.exe&cd=5&hl=nl&ct=clnk&gl=nl&source=www.google.nl
and here: http://www.downloadroute.com/Video-Surveillance-Monitor-SharewareBoss-Software/nod_report.html
Here also: http://www.download3k.com/Antivirus-Report-Video-surveillance.html
Your WOT score is also rather miserable for a lot of download sites for this program,

polonus

Polonus,
Those links are not related to our software.
Our software was developed only 2 moths ago.
So, what do we have to do with our software, for AVAST not to detect virus in our software?
