sent out a report to avast about whats going on 5 days ago, still waiting for a response. I uploaded my license file to virtual storage so I could retrieve it for the other computers i wanted to use it for. Do you think that it could have been retrieved by someone else that way? My files are set to private so nobody should have been able to get it?

I am a paid user of AIS, and I am totally satisfied with the product and support. I saved my paypal receipt and avast! email, so that if I ever have this problem, I can forward it those who need it. Maybe the OP saved his receipt since he says he didn't pirate it?

yes i still have my receipt from when i bought the product and i sent a copy with my ticket to sales. I have not received any type of response yet and its been 6 days?
