When the current avast beta is released as a regular avast program update it will have the webrep version that works with firefox 5.0 in it.

Since this doesn't appear to be related the the Topic title 'WebRep,' you should start your own new topic here, http://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=2.0 and click the New Topic button and we will try to help there.

In that new topic, give the version number of avast that you have (latest is 6.0.1203), what it is that you can't update and any error that might be displayed. You should also report your Operating System version and Firewall.
