AVAST gives it in different languages, but unfortunately the support only in English would know you an under column for the others did not speak put on ::)

You mean multilanguage tech support?
Well we (normal users) and Alwil staff try to help even to those who don't write/speak english. There is always some way to communicate or use a web based translator so we can at least know whats all about :)
We still prefer english, but its no problem to try in other language :)

Support in different languages means also you need the people to do so. It also means many threads dealing with the same problem. And we already have enough of them in just one language imo. If some truly doesn't speak English (not even a bit) they can always use one of the many free online translators or find a friend who will translate for them.

The more languages, the more confusion, the more work it takes to help people and less people will get accurate help like we give now, imho.

Speedy, as you are German, maybe you can talk with Bob by IM.
He's German too although he lives in the USA  ;)
