PLEASE HELP PRONTO

PLEASE DO HELLP ME.. I RUN AVAST ANd it says PHYSICAL DRIVE 0 Rootkit detected something like that AND I WAS READING POSTS.. ANd i re-run the scan and It's delete taht one but i found a few others... I delete those and i'm not sure if they are gone. PLEASE HELP ME>

Try running a boot time scan with avast.

i suggest that you also do a scan with malwarebytes antimalware for a second opition.

download, install, update and scan, don't forget to remove what its finds and a reboot might be necessary.
