White listing an application in firewall

How do I whitelist applications in firewall.
I am having problems downloading games as my firewall won't let them in how do I whitelist the application.

Allow full access.
Application rules of the Expert settings of the firewall.

What firewall software are you using ???

My guess you might be using Comodo FW ???
