We are not mindreaders. (At least I am not). Try to be a bit more specific. You don't have to pay for this service so don't be afraid to use more words describing what the problem is. ;D

avast on access scanner message appeare in the right corner of my screen every website and cookie .how do i change this setting please

Disable "show detailed information" in the standard shield provider settings.

Open On-Access control panel > Standard Shield > Customize > advanched tab

From Avast's manual:
Quote
Show detailed info on performed action. If you set this option, the resident protection will inform you about the files currently being tested. The information will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen, right above the system tray.
