"you probably didn't realize" pop-up

i keep getting pop-up messages from avast saying:
"important message from avast you probably didn't realize"

I run avast free on my home network.
I have 5 members of my family's pc's and they all use Avast Free.

How can I get this message to stop?

Yes, that's excatly it!

I like a couple of the people use it to contol the kids--and wife when she spends too much LOL!

I also have all media set up and shared, backed up, mirrored and safe.

I work in IT and kind of use it as my sandbox to test things from time to time as well.
