My Avast icon at the base of my screen has a red x on it and says:

"avast! Antivirus: WARNING, your system is UNSECURED.

Why? how do I get some help? I would like to get help by online chat but don't see an option for that here? The OTHER antivirus program I have always used offers that. Do You?

I paid for the anti-virus program and put it on 3 pc's.
Right now apparently I have no protection?
At any rate I've been really happy with Avast so far, help me resolve this please before my pc is destroyed.

I'm not even sure where to look for the reply to this and this may be the wrong place to post it?. I will try and look around this forum, or you can reply at gregsk2000@gmail.com

Please, upload (attach) the avast log:
C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\Setup.log
or C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast5\Setup\setup.log

If the file is too big for the forum, post the last 400-500 lines of it.
