hmm i disabled pre-loading icons in KPF 4.1.1 and it still waits like 25seconds after boot into Windows GUI before loading explorer.exe ...

strange ...

I think i found something to take look at ...

i noticed there are running two instances of msiexec.exe after boot (in time when Windows are like stuck on darkscreen),
i was wondering why and what started it so i took closer look and what i see :)

info of BOTH !!! of them (notice exact same commandline):

CMD               = MsiExec.exe /qn /x{773410C0-7622-4949-A598-2F671CF337EA}
Curr Dir          = E:\Programy\Antiviry\Avast 4.5\
Path              = C:\WINDOWS\system32\MsiExec.exe

in moment these 2 instances of msiexec close booting resume and Windows load explorer.exe ...
