Laptop system shutdown

HELP!
AVAST 6 purchased on 3/10 for 3yrs/3 comp. Installed and working fine on desktop. Installed on laptop on 9/10 with key from e-mail. Also stored key in system. Worked perfectly until today. Laptop recently stored for 2 weeks. Upon activating-AVAST system off and "Fix now" has no effect. No info in any of the subscription fields. When trying to insert same key to reactivate, message comes up that key in not active. Brought key over on thumb from desktop-same result. Need AVAST back!!! Please help. Thanks.

Please, upload (attach) the avast log:
C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\Setup.log
or C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast5\Setup\setup.log

If the file is too big for the forum, post the last 400-500 lines of it.

As original says-AVAST 6 purchased directly from website. As for posting the log as requested, I'll try to figure that one out. Not a geek here, folks (no dis intended), so I need a little more direction. Isn't AVAST able to help with this kind of thing???
