AvastSvc.exe hogging bandwidth

Hello,
So randomly through out the day, "AvastAvc.exe" will suddenly start eating up my bandwidth. When I check Comodo Firewall it says it's using 90% of it sometimes. This slows my internet connection down.
I tried to looked at what ips "AvastSvc.exe" was connecting too and it shows 40+ different ones.
Can anyone help me? it really happens at random times. It was raging 5 minutes ago and in the process of typing this out it quit.

As all your systems traffic is directed and handled through avast this is why it looks like avast has all those connection's but in fact it is whatever else is on your system that are creating all these connection's so you need to look at what other program's on your system that are connecting.
