Hey, I hope this is the right section.

I accidentally blocked a .exe program from connecting to the internet.

Now I cannot update the file.

How do I allow it to connect?

Don't you just need to remove the exclusion from Expert Settings ?

You can allow it to connect by editing your firewall settings... dotdot  ;)
