Todo Backup Software
« on: July 20, 2011, 03:32:08 PM »
Hello Forum,

I successfully used Todo Backup Software again to create a backup of a hard drive. It is free software, easy to use and quick.

Thought I would share my experience with the forum in case somebody else was looking for similar software.

That is very interesting indeed Bob3160.

Has anybody else had bad experiences with this software?

Is the Farstone product from a reputable company?

You have to realize that the softwareoftheday isn't for the Pro version.

From what I've been able to find out, it's a better System Restore. I guess I'll find out the first time I have to use it
to restore the system.

Btw, I prefer Paragon Backup & Recovery 2011 Free.
I use the windows 7 backup tool which does an excellent job of creating an Image
and works well to restore the image it takes.

It's also a full featured back up program but not something I use it for.

EASEUS tools are pretty good and they offer quite some free versions. If i need HDD manipulation i always go with EASEUS tools. I mean, they are free and they just work great. What else more can you ask for :D

Other options are Paragon and Acronis, but you have to look for promos and deals on the net...
