If you are registered on the Trend Micro Forums you could report him for inappropriate content, e.g. leaching essexboy's images from their photobucket account. It isn't directly from the avast forum but has stolen the link to the image of a photobucket account.

The guy has been plagiarising scripts for some time without assigning any recognition.
