No valid purchase with email address

I've installed PRO onto a new hard drive as my old one gave up on me, and can no longer get access to the license key. I've tried having the licence resent to my email, but with the following message...

Dear customer,

we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified (******************).

Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.

If you purchased your license from an avast! reseller please contact the reseller directly (http://www.avast.com/locate-dealer).

the avast! team.

I still have the emails from the original purchase, licese key, payment info, order number, so I do not understand why my email isnt connected to any valid purchases. I can no longer use the license key in that email as its expired and I've re-subscribed for a further year since then.

I also can not log in to the support section as its telling me the email or password is incorrect, and this was after logging in via the activation email just minutes before.

Can anybody help?

are you sure you are writing the E-mail address correct ?

Yes, the message is being sent to the same email as the original purchse.
