Doc Lock and Avast
« on: July 27, 2011, 10:54:51 AM »
I just purchased DOC LOCK from Downloadbuyer.com
Every time I open it, I get an AVAST message indicating that I'm strongly advised not to open this program other than in sandbox
Any advice?!?!?!

Michael

If you trust the program just tell the sandbox popup to run the program normally which i think adds it to the exclusions from sandbox.

If you aren't 100% sure about the program, you can always allow avast! to run the program sandboxed.
If something fishy is discovered while it's run sandboxed, then you've just prevented a possible infection.
If the event reveals no problems, The the next time you run the program, tell avast to run it normally
and remember your answer. Once that's done, it will not ask you about this program again.
