system connecting to avast ?

after a game crash today i did a hard reset and when entering windows i went in comodo to look at my connection and there was a connection from system to 149.7.241.26 port 138 searching on google i only found a few reference to this ip and it was avast can anyone confirm that this ip is avast and its normal that system was connecting to it
i did a scan after that to be sure and it didn't found anyting

Your first issue is why Comodo allowed a dial-out from a NetBios port to an external IP address. The NetBios ports should be restricted to LAN only connections. Unless you truely have a LAN setup, you should disable NetBIOS.

ok i just blocked both port 137 138 is it safe to disable NetBios completely?
also looking for 149.7.241.26 on google it seem to be download116.avast.com
