I thought this for a long time and I felt so. But now there is a research to prove it. <- You need a sense of humor to understand this statement. If you don't, then troll.

Hmm...I guess that the dumbest users are using IE..doesn't mean that all IE users are dumb.

And exactly how did they get their figures? Is there now some embedded thing that spies on you and retrieves your school records or something?  ;D

If there is, I suspect Google, as usual.

Okay I read how they got the numbers but, consider this, only the IE users stupid enough to actually take an online IQ test are included in the numbers.  ;D

Simple Answer: No Internet Explorer isn't for the Dumb.  I'm smart and I use Internet Explorer.  ;D

Especially if you use Internet Explorer 9 64bit.
 
IE Chrome Frame does not work with IE9 64bit but does with IE9 32bit and slows it down just a bit.

Micro$oft is stupid for giving us 64bit IE and not allowing us to make it our default browser!!!

If I was going to use IE for my default, it would be the 64bit IE.

They couldn't make 64 bit default because other company's were so far behind in 64 bit development at the time of windows 7 release, ie ADOBE FLASH for one, and they still dont have a stable for 64 bit.
