xp 2 profiles does not scan emails

Hi,

Avast Home Version 4.5 Beta.
I am running xp with 2 different users. Both are using Outlook 2003.
The first user everything works fine. Emails are scanned.
For some reason the other user is not protected. The a ball at the bottom is there, email protection is enabled, but the emails are not scanned.

Any idea on how to fix this ?

Hi,

what USer-Rights do those users have each ?
under which user did you install ?

do they both use the same Mail accounts/mailservers ?
have you run the mail-protection wizard or changed the Server-Settings for each.. ?
(What are the settings in avast & in the Mailprogram ?)

Did you installed Avast when you where logged in as ADMINISTRATOR?

The avast plugin is enabled into MS Outlook in both users? (see About dialog of MS Outlook to check)
