google redirect virus still persisting

So I just opened Firefox for the first time since starting the first custom fix (I've been using Chrome) and tested it by searching something on Google.  It's still here.  :(

Just ran another quick scan and attached is the latest OTL log:

Please download GooredFix from one of the locations below and save it to your Desktop

Yes, only Firefox.  I tried clearing the cookies and cache but it was only a temporary fix if anything...
